Metric Ingredient Imperial 250 ml mushrooms, sliced 1 cup 750 g lean ground beef 1 1/2 lb 50 ml onion, chopped 1/4 cup 125 ml cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup 125 ml dry bread crumbs 1/2 cup 30 ml parsley, chopped 2 tbsp

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well. Place in loaf pan. Bake in preheated 350 F (180 C) oven for 1 hour. Serves 6
