Maybe in ten years we'll all be eating cheap tasty lab-grown barbeque and driving electric cars to Call-Of-Duty night at the senior center. Or maybe we'll all have to move back into our parents houses because the tri-annual firestorms burned down our coffin-sized micro-studio apartments. Possibly a rise of cults? Maybe a mix of everything? If it's anything like most predictions of the future, all of these are probably completely wrong. 
Woman Sneaks Herself Into FB Group For Landlords, Sneaks Their Secrets Unfortunately, many of us have had our encounters with testy landlords that like to play outside the bounds of what's legal when it comes to tenant rights. It's as if they assume that people won't take it upon themselves to review the very laws that exist to protect them from getting totally screwed over. This woman was able to sneak herself into a FB group that's in place for landlords. What she went on to learn was troubling to say the very least. Hopefully the insights she gained from the group can help other people avoid falling prey to being taken advantage of by landlords that decided to abandon their moral compasses. Pilot's Window Breaks, Copilot Goes Full Superhero Mode As far as stories that effectively defy the bounds of what we thought was possible for the human body to withstand, this tale about British Airways flight 5390 is one for the books. It's just the kind of story that involves an unprecedented level of fearless heroism in the face of a truly nightmarish turn of events. One can only imagine what kinds of thoughts must've been racing through that pilot's brain. Also though, the copilot had to have been weathering tidal waves of internal panic. The fact that the pilot comes out of the event alive (with some gnarly sustained injuries/trauma though) is crazy.
