Notice of Public Hearing and Public Comment Period for 10 CSR 20-6.030 – Disposal of Wastewater in Residential Housing Developments, 10 CSR 20-8.130 – Pumping Stations, and 10 CSR 20-8.200 – Wastewater Lagoons and Wastewater Irrigation Alternatives The Missouri Department of Natural Resources has filed proposed amendments to the rules listed above. The public comment period begins October 16, 2023, and ends November 21, 2023, with a public hearing scheduled for November 14, 2023, at 1 pm. The public hearing will take place at the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, Lewis and Clark State Office Building, LaCharette/Nightingale Creek Conference Rooms, 1101 Riverside Drive, Jefferson City, MO with virtual attendance via Webex offered as well.
