We just won a MAJOR victory in Congress, Indiana Jones — with *huge* implications for how we counter the second Trump administration

We WON.

The bill to shut down our voices was defeated in a decisive turnaround in Congress.

HR 9495 would have given Trump new powers to target and shut down nonprofits and movement groups unilaterally in the name of security — with no due process.

They couldn't get the votes to pass it in the House, in no small part, because of MPower members like you who took action to defeat it.
