New French Fry Menu!: Kenny's Burger Joint

Frisco's KBJ just rolled out an entire menu devoted to helping your cardiologist get a new boat, with fries cooked "the old-fashioned way" (no vegetable oil), then shoveled into creations like Loaded Cheese (a mound of cheddar that resembles the potatoes from Close Encounters, plus jalapeno, bacon, chives, ranch), Poutine (cheese/gravy), Tex Mex (pepper jack, guac, sour cream, pico), and, for dessert, fry-shaped funnel cake topped with everything you need to make a young Ali Larter happy: powdered sugar, chocolate, strawberry sauce, and whipped cream.

Opens Saturday: Circuit 12 Gallery

A new contemporary showcase opening Saturday from Miami artist/Neon Forest director Dustin Orlando and his wife, Circuit 12 is kicking off with an exhibit called "Dream Continuum", featuring artists like Brooklyn-based, video-game-inspired Michael Dotson (his paintings look like early MTV videos), and Atlanta's Drew Tyndell, who's inspired by both architecture and graffiti, but not by American Graffiti, as Ron Howard tends to skew color balance.

Seasons 52 just debuted a new culinary roster "inspired by bright Spring flavors", with headliners ranging from lemongrass-sauced Columbia River steelhead trout (w/ Spring veg, basmati rice), to an asparagus- and truffled-mash-sided, red-wine-glazed lamb T-bone, the name Dallas native Damon Jones earned on Seinfeld, and you could earn tonight, if you get red-wine-glazed enough.

Paul Quinn College's farm is getting a greenhouse, lights, and irrigation!
