Campbell, TMCnet Contributing Editor Master agents have a new proprietary tool at their disposal. StartMeeting, a collaborative communications solution that serves businesses and individuals around the globe, has an account-provisioning functionality that can automate account tracking for the master agent, as well as subagents. According to this Channel Partners Online report, a master agent simply sets up the StartMeeting solution over the Internet and can then assist subagents in gaining access to Web conferencing from StartMeeting. A company representative recently said the new automated account tracking and commissions-payment reporting tools were developed with the master agent in mind. The service offers the master agent total control of the tools and distribution to subagents. The streamlined process involves the master agent setting up registration, customizing the personal meeting page for meetings, and distributing invites to participants.
