Hey Indiana,
This month of November we are learning a new jazz standard in our Learn Jazz Standards Inner Circle.
Would you like to join us?
We learn a new jazz standard every single month, and it's something that our members have a lot of fun doing.
The song we are learning is Anthropology by Charlie Parker!
Take a look: | | Anthropology is a "Rhythm Changes" tune. Rhythm Changes is one of the most important song forms in jazz, making this a great one to learn. On top of this, this is what's called a bebop "head" (or melody). Bebop heads are almost like solos, so when learning the melody you are also learning solo ideas to play over a Rhythm Changes song form.
If you'd like to join us to deep-dive this tune, I'm happy to give you 25% off membership for you to join today. | | In our training video, we'll go over the chords analysis in full detail so you can better understand how the chords work and feel equipped to start learning it.
We'll also go over the etude (composed solo) in full detail, so you can understand it and start learning some awesome ideas to play over this song. | | Here's how we help you learn and improvise over Anthropology: - A jazz solo for you to learn and help you improvise
- A lick in all 12 keys to help you unlock an important chord progression
- A bass line (for bassists and non-bassists alike)
- Chord tone and guide tone maps
- In-depth color-coded chords analysis
- A practice itinerary so you know exactly what to do
- A training video and chords analysis so you understand the harmony
- A community of other musicians working on it with you and posting their progress, so you're not flying solo.
- Access to a library of powerful jazz courses to help you with any topic you need to improve on.
That's what we do every month in my Inner Circle membership.
So what do you say, Indiana?
Are you up for the challenge?
>>>Yes, sign me up for the Inner Circle and let's do this!<<<
This is for all instruments so whether you play guitar, piano, bass, trumpet, saxophone...etc, this will work for you.
