I've been making lots of corned beef recipes. I was delighted to find natural corned beef at my co-op and have been enjoying its rich taste. These quick and easy recipes are all perfect to make for St. Patrick's Day or are a wonderful way to use up leftovers. I especially like Corned Beef Shepherd's Pie, which we ate tonight. Crockpot Sandwich Recipes Yes, you can make sandwiches in the crockpot. Of course, what you're making is the filling, but isn't that what sandwiches are all about? Use pita breads, English muffins, plain old white bread, hamburger buns, whole wheat bread, or focaccia to hold these flavorful and delicious sandwich fillings. In fact, make a couple fillings with your collection of crockpots and have a party! Yum. Five Ingredient Dessert Recipes This huge collection of desserts, cookies, candies, pies, and cakes all use just five ingredients or less. You can choose from eclairs, parfaits, brownies, layer cakes, and a chocolate chip cookie pie that is unbelievably good. Enjoy. Choose from recipes using chicken breasts, ground beef, or pork. Serve them with a salad from a bag and some toasted bread or easy biscuits and your family will thank you.
