It only took a year but the doors of Olecito's third incarnation (located in the former T Rex Tacqueria) are finally open to serve up their vaunted deliciousness like braised pork Yucateca torta on telera bread with guajillo chile, Panela cheese, and avocado sauce, and the cilantro pesto'd Baja taco stuffed with battered shrimp, which, due to its size, never really had a chance.
