HDYR has expanded their choose-your-own-adventure sushi bar into a high-ceiling'd, lime-green downtown space where guests first choose a seaweed or soy wrap, then up to three vegetables, followed by their choice of cooked or raw vitals and specialty sauces like ponzu, sweet chili, or wasabi mayo, which you should be careful with, because it's spicy as hell, man.
