Brown Bag Lunch Truck
Rolling out BBQ with an Asian twist
Adding a little Asian can take things to the next level, though should you doubt the veracity of that claim feel free to check the box office returns for The Hangover. Adding a little Asian flavor to BBQ, the Brown Bag Lunch Truck.

From a former sous chef who caught the food truck fever while down in Austin, BBLT's a mobile meatery serving up smoky BBQ that favors subtle Asian flavor over more typical tomato-based action, but don't worry, it still results in pleasing a-Romas. "Street Meats" (brisket, pulled pork, adobo chicken) come with green mango slaw, white bread, and one of two "dips", either the Tea Party (green & Earl Grey, banana ketchup, rice wine vinegar, sweet soy & ginger), or the chili/lime/fish sauce Tiger Cry, understandable considering he can't get his balls in any holes these days. They're also putting a spin on meatless sides like coconut mashed potatoes, corn bread pudding, and cold collard greens served gomae-style w/ sweet soy and toasted sesame, which goes a long way to explain Cookie Monster's eating habits.

Rounding it out are exotically flavored bevs, from limeades to sweet teas, also something Ken Jeong's unrevealing crotch shot could be considered.

They're aiming to get rolling this weekend; keep up with the latest on their Twitter feed
