To set the stage for future success, many have begun turning to a newer outcome-driven customer experience model to ensure their most pressing performance expectations are met.

Outcome-driven customer experience turns the traditional outsourcing model on its head by enabling companies to purchase services driven by the desired organizational outcome instead of buying per transaction.

Leading-edge outsourcing firms are able to provide new, innovative options in outcome-driven customer experience; shifting from the traditional to the innovative, from output to outcome.
