The Cedar Hill eatery's going more casual by trotting out a monstrous take on the bacon burger (the patty's half ground beef, half ground bacon), Texas- and Chicago-style dogs, and mains like Creole-sauced blackened redfish w/ mashed potatoes & a biscuit, and Burgundy-braised short ribs in a red onion demi-glaze, the very condition Moore was in when she tweeted pics after peeling off her layers.
