Coldwater Creek's "Dress for Success" In-Store Sweepstakes OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. Starts September 15, 2011 at 12:01 AM Pacific Time and ends September 19, 2011 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the "Sweepstakes Period"). ELIGIBILITY. To be eligible to enter you must be a legal resident of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia and be at least 18 years of age. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Employees of Coldwater Creek and their immediate family and household members are not eligible to enter or win. Participation constitutes entrant's agreement to these Official Rules. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. HOW TO ENTER. Customers who visit any Coldwater Creek store during the Sweepstakes Period and try on any item from Coldwater Creek's "Wear to Work" collection may enter the Sweepstakes by filling out an entry form and submitting the form in the entry box located at each Coldwater Creek store. LIMIT OF ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON. AN ENTRY MUST BE RECEIVED IN-STORE DURING THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD TO BE ELIGIBLE. No other means of delivery will be accepted. Late, illegible or incomplete entries will be declared void and will be ineligible to win. GRAND PRIZE DRAWING. There is one Grand Prize, consisting of a new wardrobe for one year, valued at $6,000, to be awarded in distributions of $500 per month or $1,500 per season. On September 20, 2011, Coldwater Creek will randomly draw one (1) entry from among all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. PRIZE CONDITIONS. Winner will be awarded with Coldwater Creek Gift Cards. The Grand Prize winner ("Winner") will be contacted by phone with instructions on how to claim her prize. If a potential Winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules or declines to accept her prize, or if Coldwater Creek is unable to contact such person within a reasonable period, the prize will be forfeited and, at Coldwater Creek's sole discretion, the prize may be awarded to an alternate entrant selected at random. The Winner may be required to furnish proof of identification to determine eligibility. Before being declared the official Winner, the potential Winner may be required to execute and return a declaration or affidavit of eligibility/liability and publicity release and a W-9 form no later than ten (10) business days after the time such forms are postmarked as having been sent by Coldwater Creek or the potential Winner will forfeit her prize. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY. (a) By entering, you (i) acknowledge that you are in compliance with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decision of Coldwater Creek which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Entrants who have not complied with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification and all associated entries will be void.
