| More control for delegated and secondary domain administrators Posted: 14 Jan 2012 12:18 AM PST Delegated admins now have the ability to remote wipe mobile devices. Administrators with email addresses at non-primary domains can also access the Google Apps Control Panel. Editions included: Google Apps for Business, Government and Education Languages included: All languages supported by the Next Generation and Current versions of the Control Panel: Arabic, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish, Czech, Danish, Filipino, Finnish, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Norwegian, Thai, Ukranian, Vietnamese How to access what's new: - Sign in to your Google Apps control panel with non-primary domain administrator account. - Select Settings > Mobile. - In the Devices tab, hover your cursor over the user whose device you want to wipe. - Click Remote Wipe in the box that appears. - A second box appears asking you to confirm that you want to remotely wipe the device. To diagnose issues pertaining to our migration tools, sync tools and email delivery, we've made the following tools available: Log Analyzer: The Log Analyzer evaluates logs from a variety of our migration / sync tools and gives guidance on resolving most issues visible in the logs.
