Zayo Group announced plans to add dark fiber to ExteNet Systems, Inc.'s open network, to enable a Distributed Network solution. ExteNet builds and operates outdoor and indoor wireless networks for wireless service providers, government agencies, and transportation corridors across North America.

Comtrend Corporation has just launched two new wireless gateways for cable operators. The two wireless gateway systems CM-6200un and CM-6300n have been designed to be standard-compliant with DOCSIS 2.0 and DOCSIS 3.0 residential gateways, which enable remote management. Both wireless gateways are not only easy to install but are also environmentally friendly.


LOROM has recently debuted three new high speed data center cable solutions for its portfolio of Fortune 500 companies within the technology, medical and automotive industries. OptiSense Networks announced that it has entered into an agreement with IMS Power Quality for the distribution of its OptiSense Medium Voltage Optical Sensor solution to cover the Latin American region.
