The devices are as expensive (if not more) than most laptop models, but so far this has not scared consumers off. In fact, the summer of 2012 is expected to be one of the biggest seasons for tablets. In the next four months all major companies plan to reveal new models of different tablets. Google (News - Alert) is the first major player that will unveil hefty competition for the iPad. The Google Play will be inexpensive for those who want to try out the new device. It runs on the Android (News - Alert) 4.0 with a Teara three quad-core processor. Asus made the hardware for the device, to be unveiled at the Google I/O Conference in June. Industry experts maintain that Google will also create a device that will rely heavily on Google services.
