Spring cheeses: limited quantities @ farm and markets, shop early!
Sixty days ago, the cows were gorging on spring grasses, fattening themselves and
their calves, and giving us a modest amount of top-quality spring milk.
The daily quantities are increasing, but still limited. We are sending some of
the spring cheeses to each market, and there is some at our farm store each day.
We do expect to have enough cheese to be able to ship some samplers next week for
Father's Day.

Last call for meats this week, at the farm and selected markets
We still have a limited quantity of spring pork and suckled veal, but we will be
running out soon. There will be another suckled veal harvest, and a beef harvest
too, in late June.
Whey-fed pork!
We have sausages made from our spring pigs: sweet Italian and breakfast-style sage,
as well as spare ribs, baby back ribs, and trotters.
Suckled Spring Veal:
We also have veal chops, cutlets, stew, and ground veal for sale The chops are
small, rich and perfect for the BBQ, as are the sausages.

Not coming to Stockton this weekend
We regret that we will not be at the Stockton indoor farmer's market this weekend.
We hope that you'll go and support the other folks there, and remember, Bobolink
is only 26 minutes away!
