Naughty Leprechaun's Hangover Tacos

Fulfilling your wildest breakfast taco dreams and your worst cross-dressing little person nightmares, is Naughty Leprechaun's Hangover Tacos -- a just-launched late night food trailer manned by a group of young-professional dudes who serve their Irish-Mex menu wearing revealing St. Patrick's costumes, which gets them love from both the lassies and... the Gaylics?



A culinary student's actually behind tacos like the Stripper (smoked applewood bacon, hash browns, eggs, cheddar), the Pot O' Gold (a deep-fried shell packed with mac 'n cheese and "Mexi-Celtic chorizo"), and one featuring roast that's marinated 15hrs then sauteed in truffle oil (alongside potatoes, chives, and Irish cheddar), called the Drunken Longhorn, i.e., the guy who called that shovel pass against 'Bama. As if the costumes weren't enough, they're making it even naughtier by adding in fan-fiction killer-clown sex scenes… no, by deep-frying all the tacos.

Non-tortilla offerings include the Benedictine (poached egg, English muffin bites, Irish bacon, hash browns, Hollandaise) and -- with corned beef, Kerrygold Dubliner Irish Stout & cheeses, wine & butter sauteed mushrooms, and scrambled eggs -- the Irish Breakfast, which, fortunately considering what these guys are wearing, is not served with a teabag.
