Opened in the former Ototo Sushi space by the lady who brought you Le Rêve Bakery, this contemporary, concrete-floored eatery's putting your hind-parts in green molded-plastic chairs, and then feeding your inside parts an all-day menu of almost-everything-from-scratch eats that boasts classics (a whole fried chicken, grilled cheese), small plates (crispy pork belly, beef sausage corn dogs), and early eats like two poached eggs w/ thick-cut ham & hollandaise on a housemade biscuit called the Eggs Bis, which is presumably their Markie breakfast item.

Dropping Friday at TB's The Woods tasting room (and next week at select bars), this 6.2% IPA boasts deep caramel malt tones, and a strong citrus aroma you can only get from just-available-this-time-of-year Yakima Valley Centennial hops, which technically should probably only be available this time every 100 years, but... uh, whatever, the beer's still pretty sweet.
Besides the Fresh Hop, they're dropping two additional brews -- the Heart of Darkness Imperial CDA and a Pumpkin Spice Ale. Way more info than you need is right here.

Gulp. Just Swallowed A Bug: Feast of St Gratus Bug Banquet

Set amid the mounted insect collection of entomologist/Insect Safari proprietor Don Ehlen, and featuring tunes from Seattle-based Operadisiac, this annual dinner's slinging eats that'll make you go "Hmmmm... maybe I'm not actually badass" including locust kabobs, mealworm quiche, grasshopper chocolate fondue, and ants on a log, so when they put your plate down try not to... waitforit... flea (!).

The latest collab from the sweet NYC-based designer and this iconic workwear line has just fallen into Ian, where they're stocking Fall duds like slim-fit pants in grey twill or black wool, and a green canvas jacket called the Cone Arm, which was last popular during the 1988 World Series.
