There is no doubt that Microsoft® Lync® is making a big impact on the Unified Communications (UC) market. However, the variety of deployment options, (each targeted at a different size and type of organization) can prove confusing. The existence of Cloud-Based solutions for other Microsoft products, such as Office 365, further contributes to this confusion.

Integrating Office 365, with either a Lync Online or a premise based Lync Server 2013, along with a connection to the PSTN, can prove quite daunting. This webinar focuses specifically on the options, best-practices and pitfalls of such an implementation.

What attendess will learn:

  • Available options for deploying Lync Voice with Office 365
  • Best Practices for each option
  • Potential pitfalls for each option
  • Integration of Lync voice with an existing phone system
  • Deploying Lync Voice as a PBX Replacement

Who should attend this webinar?

  • Microsoft Partners implementing Office 365
  • Managers and Engineers exploring options for the deployment of Office 365 with Lync voice
  • System Integrators investigating the marketplace for Lync related opportunities.
