Julie’s research has been cited in media including The Wall Street Journal, PBS, and NBC Nightly News, and she is co-author of the new book, The Mobile Mind Shift.

Mike McShea

Mike oversees marketing and product strategy for the Contact Solutions multi-channel, customer service SaaS product portfolio. He is responsible for bringing new innovations to market that enable enterprises to achieve customer self-service with high levels of automation and improved customer experience. Mike has 25 years of global marketing and product management experience with high tech product offerings in healthcare, financial services, transportation, and aerospace industries.
