Breaking: Comcast is suing Net Neutrality

Last week the companies trying to kill Net Neutrality in court filed their first legal briefs — and we found a lot of distortions in these materials.

For example, the ISPs claim the FCC didn't give the public enough time to weigh in on its rules.

Fact: The public had 18 months to comment — and during that time a record-breaking 4 million people did.

Jason, Big phone and cable companies have filed 10 lawsuits (yes, really) to undermine the Net Neutrality rules you fought so hard for. Today they submitted the first big legal briefs challenging the rules — and they use the same arguments we've debunked over and over. But the cable and phone companies are hoping that this time the judges will fall for their false claims.
