Andrew Snyder, Editorial Director, The Oxford Club     It's been more than 40 years since Watergate, and the notorious "18-minute gap" found on Richard Nixon's Oval Office tape recordings.   Now, Hillary Clinton's camp is trying to explain why two months of emails she sent while serving as Secretary of State have apparently "gone missing."   Destruction of evidence, or random technical glitches? In both cases, we may never know.   But here's what we do know from the emails Hillary has already released...   We know that Mrs. Clinton received at least five spam messages, possibly from Russian hackers.   We know that Mrs. Clinton had problems using her phone too. The White House operator "doesn't believe I am who I say," she wrote.   We even know Hillary's old email address: hdr22@clintonemail.com.
