A few years ago I was in Las Vegas creating the "Gulp Fiction" parody film
and I had the pleasure of getting to know a real solid dude named Adam Martinez.
He played the "frog drug dealer" guy and also the popcorn vendor character
in that flick in case you saw it, and he was super helpful in getting us the bar scene
location to shoot because he was bartending there.
Just was thinking of him the other day because I've been working on my next
flick... and out of the blue the phone rings and it's Adam...just calling to stay in touch
and say hi.
Unfortunately it turns out the bar closed down earlier this year and he's been out
of work. But he's not upset about it. He's got some savings and he's doing ok.
Sometimes he goes down to the Vegas strip and makes a couple of bucks with little
KISS puppets. lol... check out this pic:
Even though he's out of work, he's not only in good spirits, but the little money he
does make he usually gives to his less fortunate buds that are barely scraping by.
He lets them be roadies/production assistants for his puppet show.
what a stand up guy!
I was inspired hearing all this and wanted to pass along the picture.
Alrighty, so I hope you've been enjoying all the Eric Gales guitar lessons...
remember we've got this incredible package coming very soon on Oct 12th
just for you.
I'm all about the inspiration these days.
I also have a lesson of the day for you from Robert Baker with a classic tune
by the name of China Grove.
You'll dig it.
Want to play ALL your favorite songs?
I got the goodies for you. This is really a must own course. You'll be tearing
it up and playing a sweet repertoire of classics.
It's called the Ultimate Guitar Song Collection.
Have a great week.
Claudio
