Holiday Thyme Ring

Enjoy this beautiful and delicious bread at a sit-down feast or on your buffet!

Made with Organic stone ground wheat flour, whole corn flour, whole oat groats, and thyme from Stokes Farm, this tastes as good as it looks.

Remember, all of our breads freeze very well, so it's a good idea to stock up!







 
Cheese availability:

This week, we have Baudolino, Drumm, Jean-Louis, Cave-Aged Cheddar, Olive Moon Cheese, and Frolic.  Additionally, we have Amish Blue and Amish Schmearkase at our markets except for NYC (pre-order here for pickup NY markets). 

Meat availability:

Jonathan's suckled veal sausages are now available for your holiday enjoyment!  Pictured here are the Suckled Veal Sausages with Port-soaked Black Figs.  Also available are Suckled Veal Sausages with Wild Mushrooms, at the Farm Store or Pre-order here.


We have plenty of our 100% grass-fed Beef, whey-fed Pork, and pastured, suckled Veal at the farm store and at Tucker Square.  For our other markets, you can pre-order meats by clicking on the links!




Our cheeses pair well with whatever Holiday Cheer you may be drinking, but some of our favorites are:  Tempranillo, Dry Reisling, Pinot Noir, Malbec, Belgian Ale, or hot cider!

2017 Cheesemaking, Baking & Charcuterie Classes are posted!

2017 is the year for you to learn how to make cheese, bread, and charcuterie!  And this year, Nina is also offering a July fruit tart class and a November pie class, by popular demand...

Classes make the perfect gift, and your giftee can change the date if they wish.  Or, you can give them a gift certificate!
