Mushroom & Cauliflower Cheese Crumble
Metric Ingredient Imperial
1 medium cauliflower, cut into small florets 1
50 ml butter 1/4 cup
400 ml button mushrooms, sliced 1 2/3 cup
400 ml dry bread crumbs 1 2/3 cup
30 ml parmesan cheese, grated 2 tbsp
5 ml dried oregano 1 tsp
5 ml dried parsley 1 tsp
Cook cauliflower until tender crisp. Drain well and transfer to large shallow casserole dish.

Melt butter in small skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms, stir to coat, cook gently for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add to cauliflower. Season with salt and pepper.

Combine bread crumbs, cheese and herbs in small mixing bowl. Sprinkle crumbs over vegetables.

Place dish in preheated 450 F (230 C) oven for 15 minutes or until crumbs are golden brown.
