Senate Republicans just voted to confirm Jeff Sessions as our next Attorney General. Pitch in today to stand with Democrats who will keep fighting and hold the Trump administration and the rest of the GOP accountable. PITCH IN Lewis, Republican senators just voted in lockstep to confirm Jeff Sessions as Attorney General. Republicans disregarded his past and his disgraceful record on civil rights and voting rights. They ignored their constituents who called, emailed, faxed, and showed up at town halls and offices to show their opposition. They tried to silence the voice of Coretta Scott King. This confirmation battle is over. But make no mistake, Lewis -- we are not giving up the fight.
