Known turns TikTok user's viral video into TV spot

TikTok, with Known, debuted a 15-second TV spot during Thursday's MLB playoff game that features the viral video set to "Dreams" by Fleetwood Mac from user Nathan Apodaca that shows him lip-syncing to the track and drinking Ocean Spray while cruising on a skateboard. The spot brings together the multiple spinoff versions of Apodaca's video, including from Mick Fleetwood himself, and ends with the copy, "Good vibes. It starts on TikTok."

Facebook is launching a "Season of Support" initiative in 15 countries to help smaller and Black-owned businesses during the holiday season, including 11 weeks of free education, resources and training via its holiday hub. Analysis conducted by Socialinsider and Wave.video reveals that the optimal number of daily brand Instagram Story posts is five, 52% are videos which outperform image stories, and those that contain videos spark more conversations. Also, Story ads with videos see more than double the click-thru rates than those with static images.
