Did you know that most states allow you to submit your Federal Post Card Application (FPCA) by mail, fax, and email? See your state's guidelines: Pro Tip for a Timely Ballot: The FPCA grants active duty military members the option to receive their blank ballot electronically. Select this delivery option when filling out the form to receive your ballot sooner – and have more time to return your voted ballot successfully. How to determine your voting state: Use the address you consider your permanent home and where you have or had a physical presence. While your voting residence can be the same as your home of record, you'll need to update your voting state if you change your legal residence or domicile at any point. Keep in mind that military spouses can use the same voter residence as their Service member, even if they have not lived there previously. Learn more about your voting residence here. |
