TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram are failing to moderate hateful content, include pronouns in user profiles, prioritize diverse workforces or take other actions that would help create safe spaces for the LGBTQ+ community, reports GLAAD. An Anti-Defamation League survey found that two-thirds of users who are LGBTQ+ have been harassed online as of this year.

Marvel Studios approached the Almond Board of California about a tie-in to the motion picture "Thor: Love and Thunder" as a way to reach millennials who are looking for a healthy snack. Sterling Rice Group created the ad, which shows the character Al in a Thor-like film set using almonds as "weapons of wellness."

PepsiCo's Doritos brand has tapped "Saturday Night Live" cast member Ego Nwodim to promote the snack brand's Solid Black Changemakers program, which is entering its second year of promoting and financially supporting Black leaders making a positive impact on their communities. The brand's packaging is featuring the work of Black artists, and Doritos is also supporting the PepsiCo Foundation's new Black Nonprofit Changemakers program.
