The briefing is on-the-record and it is an opportunity for you to ask questions about the implications of the Ebola outbreak in Uganda. Ahead of World Mental Health Day, WHO experts will also shed light on the mental health crisis affecting many African countries and ways to improve the situation. Panelists:
