We had a great night of training last night for the Energy+ members and our general consensus was crude is heading higher.

We think a sustained close above the 88-89 levels will take it higher.

Today we have the employment report at 8:30 am Eastern.

My pivot number today on the ES (S&P 500 futures) is 3745.

Resistance is up at 3785 and support at 3675.

Be alert. You will see this report and arguments about it. I believe you will see bonds going down and that will tell you the Fed is not going to let up on raising rates.

People ask, "What is a trade trigger?" One trigger is when the S&P 500 and the trade idea's price action are in agreement.

A S&P 500 trigger example to the long side is when its price on a 30-minute chart moves into the buy zone, pulls back, and moves back into a buy zone solidly on a 5 minute chart.

This did not happen yesterday (see chart).

Find out what our Pros have to say about this current market condition and more on today's live Ask The Pros session at 12:00 PM ET.

But over the past few days, the market has given us some great opportunities to build up short positions.

I suggest you take them.

If you've been following these FREE daily picks, we've already been doing that the last few days.
