Are you surprised that the Santa Rally is factually intact so far? Technically speaking, all it takes is an ever so slight rise in price the week before and week after Christmas.
Keep your eyes in the green box as you watch prices unfold the rest of this week.
Seasonally the history looks up even in a bear market. Keep in mind that the month open is only one ATR (average true range = 100 points) away, but the same is true for the month low. Oh what a conundrum.
After being down 600 points last week, the DOW is up 100 points
The bond market is down down down, and if it continues to go lower, the result is pressure in the stock market
My pivot on the ES (S&P 500 futures) today is 3875.
Resistance is at 3925 and Support is 3825.
