My 3 kids make me a better representative.
There are more men named John than moms with young kids serving in the U.S. Senate.
You can help change that. I'm a single mom of three (lightly supervised) public school kids. I'm running for the U.S. Senate because the status quo isn't working for families all across the country. I'd be the only single mom of school age kids in the Senate, and I'm ready to fight for the things families need to thrive—like affordable college, childcare, and housing. Can you join us?

As most moms will tell you, my kids inspire my fight for a better future. And this Mother's Day, I'm extra thankful for all three of them—Luke, Paul, and Betsy. They make me a better Congresswoman, and I promise you they're my toughest constituents. For years my son had a sign on his bedroom door that warned me 'zero emissions 2030 or do not enter.' As an oversight champion, I'm pretty proud of their attempts to hold me accountable.
Happy Mother's Day, however you may be celebrating.
