Welcome to Day 3 of Secrets to Eating Healthy'ish!
Many diets try to take away foods and food groups. Sometimes that food elimination can make people crave those foods more! So, today I'm sharing with you how to eat more healthy'ish in a surprising way.
Secret #3 - Eat more food!
This is all about foods you can add on top of foods you already love. If you like pizza, maybe you can load it up with veggies to make you more full.
If you like pasta, try adding more protein to keep you full or good fats to make you feel satiated on top of that pasta!
One of my favorite tricks is adding spiralized zucchini in pasta dishes to make the pasta portion look bigger! You can easily enjoy your traditional pasta with some spiralized zucchini added, or just enjoy the dish with only spiralized zucchini as your pasta source — your choice!

Or, enjoy your tacos or wraps with lettuce cups instead of bread so you can have more of them and enjoy more of the main protein!
