With close to 20 folks in attendance from health groups, the sheriff's office, faith groups and the County Assessor's office, this engaged group learned about Good Dads and asked lots of great questions. Ava is most excited about bringing the New Pathways and Strong Schools programs to their community. Thanks to Kayla Premer with DSS and Shawn Vanderbeck, Good Dads Facilitator, for their help in organizing this meeting, and to the folks at Crosspoint Church for hosting us! STRONG SCHOOLS The latest school to adopt the Strong Schools program: Truman Elementary Fantastic first-time event with amazing attendance! Truman Elementary Dads are really something special!  They had their very first Strong Schools Event last Wednesday morning, and had more AN ASTONISHING TURNOUT OF 200+ DADS AND KIDS! Thanks to everyone at Truman Elementary SPS who helped make Strong Schools happen. Events last 30 to 40 minutes. As a Good Dads Strong Schools Captain, you will lead a character building activity developed by Good Dads. Grab a friend to assist you!
