| 🌍 ISIS claimed responsibility for a deadly attack at Moscow's Crocus City Hall, where at least 60 people were killed and over 145 others were wounded Friday evening, according to Russian officials. ISIS released a statement claiming their fighters "attacked" a "big gathering for Christians in the Russian Moscow suburb." The incident is the largest terror attack in Central Russia in terms of the number of victims since the Domodedovo Airport bombing in January 2011. 🏛️ President Joe Biden signed the funding bills package into law Saturday, the White House said, averting a partial government shutdown. The $1.2 trillion package provides funding for six bills including Defense, Financial Services, Homeland Security, Labor and Health and Human Services and Education, Legislative Branch and State and Foreign Operations. 🚨 One person was killed and five others, including an off-duty police officer, were injured in a shooting outside a bar in Indianapolis, law enforcement said early Sunday. Police said a firearm was recovered in the parking lot. 👑 Kate Middleton and Prince William are both "enormously touched" by the well wishes from the public following the Princess of Wales' announcement that she was diagnosed with cancer, Kensington Palace said.
