Bernie Moreno wants to repeal the Affordable Care Act, while I'm working to make health care, including insulin, more affordable and accessible for all Ohioans.   The future of abortion rights. If elected to the Senate, Moreno could be the deciding vote on a national abortion ban. And he'd vote yes. I want to codify Roe v. Wade and restore abortion access in every single state.   Control of the Senate. With our Democratic majority hanging on by a thread, we have no choice but to defend this must-win seat if we want to keep the Senate blue. But experts have said I'm one of the most vulnerable senators running for reelection, and the GOP is spending record-breaking amounts on flipping this seat red.
