Family Resilience:

Having Success Through Transitions, Stress and Adversity

Join us this week for a podcast from the Good Dads archive! Dr. Baker and J Fotsch join Dr. Clements, a licensed clinical psychologist, in the studio to discuss overcoming adversity and her college thesis.

While the podcast discusses the then-recent pandemic, Dr. Clements provides words of wisdom that are still applicable today.

"Try to maintain any sense of routine or structure, especially if you have little ones in the house. Maybe trying to have a consistent sleep schedule... any kind of routine you can keep for yourself and your family. "
