Erica Komisar, a licensed clinical social worker, says that raising resilient children starts with resilient parents. “Children need mentally healthy parents who are self-aware, sensitive, and empathic, can regulate their own emotions, are resilient to stress, and do not see their children as the problem...It is critical that parents take responsibility for their part in their children’s mental health.”  Continue Reading PODCAST E362 Family Resilience: Having Success Through Transitions, Stress and Adversity   Join us this week for a podcast from the Good Dads archive! We had folks from around 10 different communities represented from throughout the state dive into our new Great Communities program. There, they learned what it means to be a chapter.
