It’s been a week full of newsworthy developments. At moments like this, it’s all the more important that I hear from you. I sent you a survey last week asking for your opinion on President Biden's ability to finish out his term and what impact that could have on national security. Here's what we learned:

Do you believe President Biden should resign, rather than remain in office for the last six months of his term?
47% - Yes
38% - No
15% - Unsure

How concerned are you about threats to national security and challenges from America's adversaries overseas during Biden's remaining time in office?
60% - Very Concerned
25% - Not Concerned
14% - Somewhat Concerned
1% - Unsure

Do you believe the United States should continue to fully support Israel and help our ally protect itself from regional attacks in the Middle East?
74% - Yes
13% - No
12% - Unsure

Do you believe Israel should continue its military campaign in Gaza, or do you believe it should sign a ceasefire with the Palestinians?
51% - Continue Military Operations
31% - Sign an Immediate Ceasefire
17% - Unsure

Respondents are clearly concerned about national security threats of a lame duck Biden administration. Regarding Israel, in particular, there was some division among survey participants about whether Israel should sign a ceasefire with the Palestinians; but there was no doubt about whether we should continue to back our strongest ally in the Middle East. As I’ve said time and again, I will never waver in my support of Israel or it’s right to defend itself against terrorists who seek its destruction.
