Health is our mission Hey, David here, founder of the COLDEST. We believe in creating the coldest experiences, and being the best at what we do. As current athletes and high performers, we strive for maximum performance. Here are a few easy gym hacks: Set a Goal When seeking progress in your exercise goals, it's important to connect with they "whys" behind your fitness.. If you're working out with the goal "I want bigger arms" or "I want to lose weight", it will be less effective in achieving these vague goals, rather than if you were to go into the gym telling yourself "I want to have 20" biceps by next summer" or "I want to lose 10 lbs in 90 days". When you have a tangent goal to reach while you're at the gym, not only will this help keep you motivated, but you can track the results after each workout and the progress you're making on the way to your goal. Strength Train Health and fitness professionals from around the world have only recently discovered that it's not the number of reps, sets or length of your workout that makes a difference, but the amount of resistance you're using. Unless you have a health condition, our bodies respond best to high-intensity workouts. Work your way up to the maximum amount of weight you can lift and then lift to the point of muscle failure. Do this 3 to 4 times a week and you will start to see MASSIVE muscle gains. Remember to take time in between to rest and never strain yourself to a point of injury. Hydrate Proper hydration is the key to fueling your body and increasing strength. Imagine water being equal to the oil keeps your car running. The effects are subtle, but it's a complete game-changer for professional athletes. Not only will this prevent your body from overheating, but a swig of ice cold water in between sets can give you a jolt of energy to take it to the next level. Don't try to chug a bunch of water before you hit the gym or immediately afterwards; proper hydration is all about small amounts of continuous ice cold water consumption. Remember to stay hydrated with The Coldest Water. Our water bottles have an easy-to-carry grip that makes it the perfect gym water bottle for constant hydration. Our newest product, The Coldest Water - 1 Gallon is ideal for keeping you properly hydrated for the entire duration of your training period.
