They were also charged with conspiracy to witness tamper and obstruction. Nichols was beaten after running away during a traffic stop in January 2023 in Memphis and died three days later. π Country superstar Garth Brooks has been accused of rape and sexual assault, according to a lawsuit obtained by ABC News. The plaintiff is referred to throughout the court documents as Jane Roe, a professional makeup artist and hairstylist with more than 30 years in the music industry.
