BREAKING: Perry school shooter planned attack for weeks and "desired notoriety," authorities say

"He desired to commit suicide. He desired to take others with him," Iowa DPS Commissioner Stephan Bayens said of the 17-year-old Perry student who planned the January school shooting for weeks.
