Impact Those Affected by Hurricanes Helene and Milton

A handful of these properties sustained property damage, which their team has worked to quickly address, ensuring the safety of all residents in affected communities above all else.

Their team members have gone above and beyond in the call of duty to assist others. While it would be impossible to highlight all of the stories, we want to share two with you.

DLP's Service Supervisor, who lives on-site at a community in hard-hit Asheville, NC, single-handedly oversaw the safety of the property during the first 72 hours. He did not sleep for more than 20 to 30 minutes during that time as he walked the entire property every hour, on the hour, during those first few critical days.

While walking apartment homes at a community in GA, DLP's Community Manager and Service Supervisor identified an elderly woman who required oxygen. The Service Supervisor quickly grabbed the resident's tank, drove his truck through the debris, filled her tank with oxygen, and returned it to her.

These are just two of what we know to be hundreds of accounts of heroism in the wake of these storms. While DLP is deeply blessed that their employees and residents are safe, hundreds of families are now faced with the unimaginable task of rebuilding their lives.
