THEN → Polls showed TIGHT races in toss-up states like North Carolina and New Hampshire, where Dem candidates Josh Stein and Joyce Craig are facing razor-thin margins – all while a Quinnipiac poll has poll has Kamala Harris and Donald Trump EVEN – 48% to 48%.
