As many of you already know, MLG's partnership with the White Coat Investor group means that ALL White Coat Investors get an additional 5% of their profit sharing when investing in Fund VI. This additional 5% of the profit-sharing agreement means more money in your pocket, and less in MLG's, as part of their commitment to helping you grow your passive cash flow.

MLG Capital's return structure is designed to provide returns to investors FIRST and to MLG Capital SECOND. With a 3 tired return structure, all the cashflows from the fund go back to investors until a full 8% preferred return is paid AND (in addition) 100% of your original investment is returned.
