Valero Marketing and Supply Co., San Antonio, Texas, is being awarded a maximum $241,265,176 fixed price with economic price adjustment for jet fuel for Defense Energy Support Center. This is an indefinite delivery/quantity contract, 12-month contract with a 30-day carryover. There were 37 proposals solicited and 21 responded. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Date of performance completion is April 30, 2007. The contracting activity is the Defense Energy Support Center, Fort Belvoir, Va. (SP0600-06-D-0477).

Shell Oil Products U.S., Houston, Texas, is being awarded a maximum $171,409,329 fixed price with economic price adjustment for turbine fuel for Defense Energy Support Center. This is an indefinite delivery/quantity contract, 12-month contract with a 30-day carryover. Other location of performance is Mobile, Ala. There were 37 proposals solicited and 21 responded. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Date of performance completion is April 30, 2007. ConocoPhillips, Bartlesville, Okla., is being awarded a maximum $156,616,405 fixed price with economic price adjustment for turbine fuel for Defense Energy Support Center. Other location of performance is Ponca City, Okla. This is an indefinite delivery/quantity, 12-month contract with a 30-day carryover. There were 37 proposals solicited and 21 responded. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Date of performance completion is April 30, 2007. _ARMY

_ Goodrich Pump and Engine Control System, West Hartford, Conn., was awarded on March 22, 2006, a delivery order amount of $16,519,257 as part of a $16,519,257 firm-fixed-price contract for hydro mechanical assemblies. Work will be performed in West Hartford, Conn., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2010. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole source contract initiated on June 3, 2005. The Army Aviation and Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity (W58RGZ-06-D-0087).

AM General L.L.C., South Bend, Ind., was awarded on March 21, 2006, a $5,870,025 modification to a firm-fixed-price contract for M1152 - 2 man chassis for the High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles. Work will be performed in South Bend, Ind., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole source contract initiated on July 17, 2000. The Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity (DAAE07-01-C-S001).

_NAVY

Stresau Laboratory, Inc., Medley Road, Spooner, Wis., is being awarded an estimated $12,233,691 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for MK17 Mod 1 electric blasting caps. Work will be performed in Spooner, Wis., and is expected to be completed by March 2011. Contract funds in the amount of $1,064,305 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The contract was competitively procured and advertised via Federal Business Opportunities, with eight proposals solicited and three offers received. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Crane, Ind., is the contracting activity (N00164-06-D-4236).

Ultra Electronics Advanced Tactical Systems, Inc. is being awarded a $6,434,920 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, firm-fixed-price contract to support the Multi-TADIL processor and the Air Defense Systems Integrator program. The contract will provide technical services and supplies for appointed systems being implemented with the Navy Data Link Systems, Communication System, and Cryptographic System. This contract includes two one-year options, which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $19,666,880. Work will be performed in Austin, Texas (60 percent); San Diego, Calif. (15 percent); Norfolk, Va. (15 percent); OCONUS (5 percent); Mayport, Fla. (2.5 percent); and Bremerton, Wash. (2.5 percent); and is expected to be completed by August 2009. This contract was awarded as a sole source based on 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), one responsible source. The procurement was synopsized in Federal Business Opportunities on Oct. 24, 2006. The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Charleston S.C., is the contracting activity (N65236-06-D-5180).
