Join Us For Complimentary Live Meeting Training! Do you find that you're struggling to better utilize certain features in Live Meeting, or are you simply looking to get started with the basics? Join us for one of our complimentary, live public training classes and learn directly from our team of Live Meeting experts!
Our Live Meeting class offerings cover a broad range of topics, including the basics of getting started with Live Meeting to advanced best practices on how to present in a virtual environment. These highly interactive online classes average less than 20 participants, and our trainers consistently receive feedback from those who attend these engaging sessions. Here is some recent feedback:
"I knew nothing about Live Meeting before I attended this class and I believe I can complete the task I have been assigned with. Thank you so much!"
"Having attended "live" meetings before, I had a list of predetermined questions, all of which were answered and then some."
"I have taken all of the classes offered. They are very informative. I was afraid that they would be like most complimentary sessions and focus on other add-ons. I was pleased to gain significant knowledge through the courses, and have referred several people to the website to register."

Softchoice Cuts Costs, Improves Collaboration with Switch to Live Meeting Softchoice Corporation is a leading technology supplier that sells software and hardware products to customers throughout North America. To stay connected with employees while enhancing its reputation as a "trusted technology advisor," Softchoice uses Web conferencing technology for companywide meetings, weekly training sessions, customer demos, and Web seminars. However, the company's previous Web conferencing solution was unreliable and costly-a serious problem considering Softchoice was expanding. In addition, Softchoice needed a cost-effective way to supplement its face-to-face customer meetings with online product demos and presentations. To achieve its goals, the company deployed Live Meeting. The solution has helped Softchoice improve customer relationships, shorten sales cycles, and enhance employee collaboration.
"Live Meeting shortens the sales cycle because it allows our representatives to conduct an official meeting versus just a conference call." -Kyle Fisk, Sales Manager, Softchoice

2) Take a Snapshot of the document
a. Log in as a presenter, open the Share menu, select Snapshot. b. Then open the document you wish to "snap," size and place the Snapshot frame by dragging the border or corners over the document. c. Click the camera icon to take your Snapshot, and your new Snapshot will appear in the Live Meeting Presentation Window.
