Tips to Success for Large-Scale Meetings and Events
To provide the best presentation at your next meeting or event follow these tips:
· Audio is critical-know how to mute your audience as needed.
· View and save the Question and Answer log when the meeting is completed.
· Consider using a moderator or multiple presenters to monitor questions and audience feedback, enabling you to focus on your content.
· Customize the attendance instructions by including technical support information, speaker bios, session prerequisites, and so on.
· Import your slides before the meeting and rehearse.
· Interactivity is the key to success-create your polling slides ahead of time.
· Have a pre-conference call with all presenters to review housekeeping issues.
· Kick off the presentation with a brief orientation of Live Meeting; review how attendees can ask questions and participate during the session.

MobileFrame Reduces Travel Time, Cuts Costs with Web Conferencing Solution MobileFrame, a small company based in California, specializes in mobile applications technology. Some of its 28 employees work remotely from their homes in various areas of the country. They need to meet and collaborate regularly with management on internal sales strategies, and are also required to present sales demonstrations of the company's products to prospective customers. Because the company had recently expanded its business to the East Coast and as far away as the Middle East, it wanted to find a way to meet with customers without incurring costly travel expenses. In addition, the company wanted to improve internal collaboration and productivity. To achieve these goals, MobileFrame deployed Microsoft® Office Live Meeting, a Web conferencing tool that reduced travel costs and saved the company hundreds of hours in monthly travel time.
"We use Live Meeting every single day. It's the number one productivity tool for the salespeople at MobileFrame." -Pat Oswalt, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, MobileFrame

Product Tip Want to review what questions were asked during the meeting?
Don't forget as a presenter you have special access to presentation information, including the Q and A log. This is a vital resource to measure participant responses during the presentation and to prepare for future presentation needs. Here's how to get it:
To view the Q and A log:
1. Log in to Live Meeting as a presenter. From the Viewmenu, select the Question Manager (or choose Ctrl+Q).
2. In the upper right hand corner, select on View Log button. A new log window will launch, containing a record of all the text questions and answers from the meeting room, regardless of the meeting time or presentation.
3. To save this log, select File and choose Save As, naming your file as appropriate. You have the choice of saving the log in HTML or text format so that you may post to the web or easily distribute the content via e-mail.
